Visiting our website or reading a privacy policy does not constitute consent to advertising or other processing that requires consent. Where consent is required, it must be given separately and voluntarily and can be withdrawn for the future.

Newsletter and contact enquiries

When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is recorded in Shopify to manage your subscription. The newsletter covers new articles on biology, nutrition and health, along with news from Wellnourished. You can withdraw your consent at any time for the future using the newsletter's unsubscribe link or by emailing admin@wellnourished.info.

When you contact us, we process your contact details and the content of your message to respond to your enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Please do not send medical records or other confidential health information; we do not provide individual medical advice through this website.

Your rights in Switzerland

Our processing of personal data is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Subject to the statutory requirements, you can request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, and erasure or cessation of unlawful processing. Where the statutory requirements are met, you can request a copy or transfer of your data. You can withdraw consent for the future. Statutory retention obligations and other legal exceptions remain applicable.
